Confidentiality Agreement
Terms and conditions for Private Listings.
This Agreement between the vendor known as the Business Owner / Advertiser and SDBC Partners as follows:-
1. Without the engagement of Brokering service, SDBC Partners offers this service to all vendors who wish to advertise their business for sale by way of Private sale., without commission.
2. For a fixed fee to cover the cost of advertising, the vendor can advertise with the bulk uploading software facility to advertise his business for sale under SDBC Partners account on the following websites
b4sale.com.au (Premium Listing)
realestatemarket.com.au (Business sale Section)
Seek Business and other websites, both Australia and overseas
Social Media local and overseas advertising
other local classifieds websites.
Term : 6 Months.
At the vendors request by email the advertisement content will be modified by SDBC partners during the term of the advertisement. such request must be received before 5 PM on a working day.
3. On receipt of the payment, the advertisement will commence within 24-48 hours on all major websites. and links will be provided to client by email.
4. On successful sale., no commission is payable to SDBC Partners. The Vendors Mobile number as contact will be included in the advertisement
5. The Vendor will use his own lawyer / solicitor to settle the sale., with all deposits received held in the solicitor trust account until the sale.
6. SDBC Partners role is strictly limited to advertising the business for sale with no commission for sale of the business.
7. Vendors can also use our board room for meeting with clients in our office at pre-booked times from Monday to friday between 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. for a period of 30 minutes subject to the board room being available.
For Meeting after office hours and on weekends a prior arrangement must be made by calling 02 9191 9733. The location for the meeting is in Parramatta with free 2 hour car Parking in front of the office and near by areas.
8. At clients request, we may offer assistance to co-ordinate with their lawyers or accountants where needed .
9. This agreement is under the NSW CTTT jurisdiction.
10. All Parties agree to act in good faith and resolve disputes if any.
